Safe Switch is a product we originally developed for mental health facilities to provide protection for both patients and staff. In these environments, staff must be able to check on patients while still allowing them privacy and this is where our switchable glass is ideal.

Safe Switch was then further designed and engineered to prevent patients from being able to harm themselves. It is a multi-laminated structural panel specifically created to be non-penetrable. While the outer glass may break if struck with a hammer, penetrating through the panel itself is impossible due to the structural SG interlayer.

After successfully developing this product for healthcare settings, we expanded its use to residential clients as an anti-theft safety solution. It has quickly become a popular option for home security, offering both protection and the benefits of switchable glass technology.
