Located at the prestigious Luminare Apartments in Newstead, the project features a custom suspended glass floor installed directly over a commercial swimming pool. Each panel is a 64.56 mm low-iron, toughened structural laminate, made up of four individual 15 mm glass plies. The use of low-iron glass significantly reduces the green tint found in standard glass, resulting in superior clarity, enhanced light transmission, and a true, crystal-clear view of the pool below. Precision manufactured by Polytron and expertly installed by our sister company, PTG Commercial and JH Innovations, the finished installation is a seamless fusion of luxury, innovation, and structural integrity, delivering both visual brilliance and the highest safety standards.
