We manufacture our switchable glass in-house to maintain the highest standards of quality and precision.
Our privacy glass consists of at least two glass panels laminated together with two interlayers and one Polyvision switchable film embedded between them. The switchable film is laminated within the glass rather than applied to the surface, it offers exceptional durability and a significantly longer lifespan compared to adhesive films.

Maximum Panel Dimensions
Single switchable glass panels are available up to 1820mm x 3500mm. Larger areas can be created by joining multiple panels, depending on the size and shape of your application.
When choosing the location for your switchable smart glass panel, it's important to consider whether the installation will be exposed to direct sunlight, particularly in external windows. For such applications, we strongly recommend incorporating the switchable glass into a double-glazed unit. Prolonged exposure to harsh UV rays and high temperatures from the sun can potentially damage the switchable film if it's not adequately protected.
Double glazing not only provides thermal insulation but also adds a layer of protection that significantly enhances the durability and longevity of the smart glass. The thickness of a double-glazed switchable glass unit starts from 23.92mm.
Our anti-theft add-on option increases the switchable panel thickness by an additional 10.28mm, converting the standard switchable glass into a laminated anti-bandit solution engineered for highimpact resistance and forced entry delay.
The system is composed of multiple layers including a 2.28mm high-performance interlayer which provides exceptional tensile strength and energy absorption. This interlayer acts as the core structural element that prevents penetration even if the outer glass ply fracture under repeated impact.
